I rode downtown on the train, and arrived just as the Memorial Day parade was going by.
Great weather of about 24 C and lots of tourists around. I walked around downtown, through Millennium Park, and along the Chicago River.
The Bean is made of 168 stainless steels plates welded together and highly polished with no visible seams. So you can see me taking a picture of myself.
There was a two hour line up for the Willis Tower 1454′ view and boat tours were sold out. It was still a good day as people were in a good mood and having fun.
Feet and calves are tired, after a satisfying day.
I like Chicago.
